Job description
Assist and support the Chief Administrative Officer in all FM relevant tasks in terms of operations, finance and administration
Administer contracts and payments for FM works
Follow-up on defect rectification and building improvements
Prepare and research miscellaneous FM tasks/projects
Supervise outside service providers with FM matters/work
Prepare documents for decision processes; participate in relevant meetings
Prepare overviews of FM related matters at the building/premises
Evaluate works, purchases and repairs for cost performance, budgets and accounting. If necessary, initiate independent negotiation of relevant projects with service providers
Prepare miscellaneous construction works (preparation of orders, meetings, correspondence, scheduling)
Prepare and plan larger FM projects in cooperation with all parties involved
Initiate and control FM related contracts and assigned by DSS leadership
Candidates Local Chinese
Qualifications
min. Bachelor
fluent English, Chinese
good communication and coordination skills
